Does it work with iPhone and Android?
Yes, one at a time. TRACE CARD works with Apple Find My on iPhone, iPad and Mac (iOS 26 or later), or with Google Find Hub on Android 9 or later. Set it up on the phone you use. It pairs with one network, not both at once.
How do I find my wallet?
Open the Find My or Find Hub app to see your wallet on a map or play a sound. The built-in buzzer helps you find it by ear.
What if my wallet is really lost?
Turn on Lost Mode in the app so whoever finds it knows how to reach you. Locating stays active through the Find My or Find Hub network, worldwide.
How do I charge it, and how long does a charge last?
Place TRACE CARD on a wireless charging pad. A red light shows while it charges and turns off when it's full. One charge lasts about 9 months with standard use. For best locating performance, recharge before the battery fully runs out.
Can it be used to locate a person?
No. TRACE CARD is for finding your own things. If it's away from its paired phone for more than 72 hours and gets moved, it plays a sound so anyone nearby knows it's there.
