Does it work with iPhone and Android?
Yes. TRACE LUGGAGE TAG works with Apple Find My on iPhone, iPad and Mac, and with Google Find Hub on Android.
How do I set it up?
Push the power button once. You'll hear one beep. On iPhone, open the Find My app, go to the Items tab, tap + and choose Add Other Item. On Android, hold TRACE near your unlocked phone with Bluetooth on and confirm the pairing prompt.
How do I find my bag?
Open the Find My or Find Hub app to see your bag on a map or play a sound. You can also turn on Lost Mode so someone who finds your bag knows how to reach you.
Will I get an alert if I leave my bag behind?
Separation alerts are available on iPhone. If your bag is separated from your iPhone, you'll get a notification.
How do I charge it, and how long does a charge last?
Place TRACE on any Qi-compatible wireless charger. A full charge takes under 30 minutes and lasts up to 9 months. The light is orange while charging and green when fully charged.
What's it made of?
The exterior is 100% vegan aloe leather, and the product contains 90%+ recycled materials overall. It's third-party tested for PFAS, phthalates and heavy metals, verified again by Light Labs. The packaging is 100% plastic-free and printed with soy-based inks.
