What are POWER STACK's three modes?
Wall Charger Mode plugs the 45W charger into any outlet to fast charge up to two devices through its dual USB-C ports. Battery Mode detaches the 10,000mAh battery for up to 30W of USB-C PD power anywhere. Stacked Mode magnetically joins both and plugs into the wall. Pass-through charging powers your devices first, then automatically recharges the battery.
How does the battery recharge?
Snap it back onto the wall charger and it recharges automatically, with no extra cable or dock needed. From 0%, it fully recharges in under 3 hours. Away from the charger, you can also refill the battery from any power source using its built-in cable or USB-C port.
How many devices can POWER STACK charge at once?
Two devices from either half, or up to four at once when the charger and battery are separated and working independently. The wall charger has two USB-C ports; the battery has a built-in braided USB-C cable plus its own USB-C port.
How fast does it charge, and how many times can it recharge my phone?
The wall charger delivers up to 45W of USB-C Power Delivery, enough to take an iPhone from 0 to 60% in about 30 minutes, and the battery delivers up to 30W on the go, with output shared when two devices are connected. With 10,000mAh of capacity, the battery recharges the average phone at least twice before it needs a refill.
Do I need to bring extra cables?
Not for one device. The battery's built-in braided USB-C cable has you covered. To charge a second device, add your own cable to the battery's USB-C port, and back home the wall charger's two USB-C ports power two more.
How do I read the battery display?
Press the power button once to light up the display. It shows the current battery level and charging status. If the last digit flashes once per second, the battery is charging. If it flashes twice per second, the battery is at 5% or below. A green "PD" means fast charging (Power Delivery) is active.
Can I bring POWER STACK on a plane?
Yes. Like all lithium-ion batteries, the battery must travel in your carry-on bag, never in checked luggage. At 10,000mAh (about 37Wh), it falls well under the 100Wh limit that airlines and the TSA set for carry-on power banks, so no special approval is needed. Fold the prongs flat before you pack it.
What is Trickle Charging Mode?
It stops the battery from shutting off automatically while charging low-power devices like earbuds or Bluetooth headphones. Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn it on (the last number on the display rotates). It stays on for up to 150 minutes. Hold the button for 2 seconds again to stop, or double-tap to switch the battery off.
Why did my battery turn off?
The battery goes to sleep automatically 5 seconds after you disconnect a device, or if a cable is connected but no device is detected. Press the power button to wake it and start charging. For earbuds and other low-power devices, use Trickle Charging Mode so it stays on.
Does POWER STACK charge my phone before itself?
Yes. When it's plugged into the wall, pass-through charging powers your connected device first. Once your device is full, POWER STACK recharges its own battery.
What's the warranty?
POWER STACK is covered for 2 years from the original date of purchase. Keep your proof of purchase.
Can I leave the battery on the charger overnight?
Yes. POWER STACK is designed to stay stacked and plugged in. It charges your connected device first, then automatically recharges its own battery once your device is full, so there's no need to remove the battery before bed. For best results, keep it in a cool, well-ventilated spot while it charges.
