First you should ensure the outlet you are using is functioning normally. If the outlet is a GFCI-type, make sure the outlet has not been tripped by pressing the reset button. After testing with a different outlet, ensure your cable is working properly by testing the port with a different cable. Finally, ensure the product you are trying to charge is working properly by plugging a different product and cable into the port.
